Questions, corrections, suggestions, partnerships, or feedback — we read everything and reply to most.
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
What we respond to
- Corrections and updates: If you spot an outdated divisor, an incorrect formula, or a stale carrier policy, please tell us. We update reference data regularly and credit corrections where useful.
- Carrier suggestions: If there's a major carrier we're missing — particularly regional or country-specific carriers — let us know which one and we'll evaluate adding it.
- Article ideas: Topics you wish were covered, questions you can't find answers to elsewhere, or specific shipping scenarios you'd like analyzed.
- Partnership inquiries: Affiliate programs, carrier-supplied rate APIs, integration opportunities, or content collaboration.
- Privacy and data requests: GDPR, CCPA, or other regional privacy law requests. See our privacy policy for what we collect.
- Bugs and feedback on the calculator: Anything that doesn't work as expected, displays incorrectly, or gives results you can't reconcile.
What we don't help with
- Specific shipping rate quotes: We calculate dimensional weight, not actual shipping costs. For real quotes, use the official rate calculators on each carrier's website (linked from every carrier page).
- Disputed carrier charges: If your carrier billed you incorrectly, contact them directly. We can help you understand whether DIM weight was applied correctly, but we can't issue refunds or adjust invoices.
- Account-specific negotiated rates: If you have a custom contract with a carrier, your divisor and rates may differ from published values. We can only reference published rates.
Response times
We aim to respond to corrections and bug reports within 2-3 business days. Partnership and editorial inquiries may take longer (up to 1 week). Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Before emailing
If your question is about how dimensional weight works for a specific carrier, the carrier reference page often has the answer. Browse all 17 carriers or check the articles section for in-depth guides on specific scenarios.
Try the calculator first
For practical "what would this package cost" questions, the calculator usually answers faster than email.
